Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") govern your use of the Wilonity Loader website located at https://wilonity.xyz (the "Site") and the Wilonity Loader software (the "Service"). This Agreement is entered into between the Site Administration ("Administration", "we", "us") and you, the user ("User", "you"). By accessing or using the Site or Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Site and Service.

Site — the internet resource located at https://wilonity.xyz, including all its subdomains, sections, design, database, and content published by the Administration.

Service / Wilonity Loader — the software application provided by the Administration that offers game enhancement tools, mods, and utilities for various computer games.

Administration — the entity that owns and operates the Site and Service, and holds all related intellectual property rights.

User — any individual who accesses the Site, uses the Service, or registers an account. By using the Site or Service, you automatically become a User and accept this Agreement.

Profile — the personal section of the Site where a User can manage their information, subscriptions, and preferences.

This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site and Service. By using the Site or Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement, as well as our Privacy Policy.

The Administration reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Any changes become effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify the Administration immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. The Administration reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, misleading, or incomplete information.

You are solely responsible for all content and activity associated with your account. The Administration shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.

You agree to use the Site and Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site or Service. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Using the Service to distribute or promote any form of malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site, Service, or other users' accounts.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of the Service.
• Modifying, adapting, translating, or creating derivative works based on the Service without prior written consent.
• Using the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity.
• Posting, transmitting, or sharing content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

The Administration reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this provision, including, without limitation, reporting you to law enforcement authorities.

The Site, Service, and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and databases) are the exclusive property of the Administration or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only, subject to the terms of this Agreement. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Site, except as expressly permitted by the Administration.

The Administration's trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names ("Marks") are the property of the Administration. You are not permitted to use any of these Marks without the prior written consent of the Administration.

THE SITE AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE ADMINISTRATION MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE OPERATION OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SITE OR SERVICE, OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON OR PROVIDED THROUGH THE SITE OR SERVICE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE ADMINISTRATION DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND TITLE. THE ADMINISTRATION DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

USE OF ANY GAME ENHANCEMENT TOOL (CHEAT) CARRIES INHERENT RISKS, INCLUDING THE RISK OF ACCOUNT BANS OR OTHER PENALTIES. THE ADMINISTRATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL REMAIN UNDETECTED OR THAT IT WILL NOT LEAD TO ANY NEGATIVE CONSEQUENCES. YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH USING THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE ADMINISTRATION, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF THE ADMINISTRATION HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICE, OR ANY INTERACTION WITH THE ADMINISTRATION.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE ADMINISTRATION'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE SITE OR USING THE SERVICE. GIVEN THAT THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, THE ADMINISTRATION'S LIABILITY IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO ZERO.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Administration and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of this Agreement, your use of the Site or Service, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Site or Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If you are a resident of a jurisdiction where the application of Delaware law or the exclusive venue provision is not permitted, then the governing law and venue shall be that which is most favorable to the Administration and consistent with the spirit of this Agreement.

The Administration reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site and Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Site and Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting the Administration at [email protected]. The Administration will process your request in a timely manner.

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Administration regarding your use of the Site and Service and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent to the greatest extent possible.
